UI and performance enhancements! Part 2

Here we go again!

It's been another long day of coding. I'm pleased with the progress that has been made. To further improve performance we've split various functions out into smaller chunks of threaded code. Loading the assets this way, we can prioritise the code that is vital to the smooth feel of the game and run code that is less vital less often.

I big change in the assets loading structure that you might notice, is that only your own sectors are preloaded on the loading screen. This will get you into the game much faster. We are seeing improvements of up to 10 seconds!
